Key Points

We are located on the Left Bank, Quai des Chartrons. Parking is available nearby, and there is direct access by tram.

The boarding location is indicated on your boarding pass, which you should have received by email. Please check its location in advance; the boat departs on time.

For all cruises, it is imperative to be present at the boarding area 30 minutes before departure.

You can present your boarding pass directly on your smartphone, let's think about the planet!

The departure is subject to the captain's approval. In case of rain, departure will proceed as scheduled; in case of thunderstorms, a prefectural decree may prohibit navigation. In this case, we will contact you to offer a postponement of your cruise.

Animals under 5 kg are allowed provided they are in a carrier bag.

Our boat can accommodate you with a wheelchair (manual or electric).
